Join Boulder business leaders, executives, HR professionals, and the broader Boulder business community for a morning of networking and conversation focused on creating healthier, more supportive workplaces through Colorado's Recovery Friendly Workplace Initiative. 

As organizations continue to prioritize employee well-being, mental health, and retention, employers have an important role in supporting employees affected by substance use and mental health challenges. 

This event will include breakfast and networking, a business-leader panel discussion, and an overview of the Recovery Friendly Workplace Certification Program. 

Attendees will gain practical insights on:

  • The business impact of substance use and mental health challenges
  • Building a recovery-friendly workplace culture
  • Colorado's Recovery Friendly Workplace Initiative and Certification Program
  • Local examples of recovery-friendly workplace practices.
