Through a partnership between the Boulder Chamber and the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, two adult apprenticeship pathways have been developed for employer review -- Plant-based Culinary Chef and Pastry Chef.
We're calling on local employers within the food, beverage, and hospitality sector to weigh in on coursework, training, and potential locations where these programs can be implemented.
