Event Description:
Ancient Wisdom for Modern Leadership: Balance, Energy, and the Art of Chai
In this 30-minute immersive experience, Rachna Rawat, co-founder of Boulder-based Hanuman Chai, shares how the 6,000-year-old science of Ayurveda teaches that balance is not one-size-fits-all. Each of us operates from a different energy pattern, and understanding it can transform how we lead, work, and restore ourselves.
Rooted in a family recipe passed down through generations, Hanuman Chai is handcrafted using freshly ground organic spices, each milled at a specific coarseness to preserve depth of flavor and the wellness benefits long valued in Indian tradition. Drawing from her personal recovery after a ski injury, Rachna introduces the three Ayurvedic doshas and how recognizing these natural energy patterns helps us live and lead more intentionally.
Participants will experience a guided tasting of the original caffeine-free chai, Karha, traditionally prepared before black tea became common, crafted with abundant flavor and balance.
Join us for a sensory exploration of ancient wisdom for modern leadership, one intentional sip at a time.
