WHERE: Elite Massage and Injury Rehab
COST:  Free for members, $35 for non-members

Event Description:

Join Bolder Young Professionals for an evening of connection, movement, and practical tools to feel better in your body (especially if you spend your days at a desk!) We’ll kick things off with casual networking, followed by an interactive massage workshop focused on relieving back pain and everyday tension. Using lacrosse balls and simple techniques, you’ll learn easy, effective ways to take care of your body at home or at work.

After the workshop, stick around for more networking and refreshments, or stay for an optional Hip Mobility Yoga class at 7:00 PM, led by Christine Harrel, designed to help you move more comfortably and unwind at the end of the day.

Lacrosse balls will be provided during the workshop and will be available for purchase afterward for $9.

Come for the networking, stay for the learning and leave with tools you can actually use to reduce stress and tension every day!

What to Wear
Dress is casual and comfortable. This is a shoes-off space, and the workshop includes self-massage and movement, so we recommend clothing that allows you to move freely.

5:00–6:00 PM: Massage for Back Pain Workshop

6:00–6:30 PM: Networking & refreshments

7:00 PM: Hip Mobility Yoga (optional)
