Leading with Adaptation & Empathy:
Essential Skills for Authentic Leadership
2020 eh? What a hell of a start to the decade. All of us, in some way, are being forced to adapt to a changing environment; personally and professionally. Whether it’s shifting the focus of a business, learning new technology or multi-tasking between chores, work, and homeschooling; change has been inevitable.
Each of us must now find new and innovative ways to thrive at home and within our community; but alongside each silver-living can be feelings of uncertainty, anxiety, and helplessness. How do great leaders overcome these challenges and change their mindset? What helps them to flourish through change? Join us for this one-hour discussion where we will both listen to the stories of leadership and resilience from three incredible business women and also explore the ways we ourselves are doing what women do best: using adaptation and empathy as tools to be seen and heard in this new-normal.
