From Divisive to Inclusive: Navigating Contentious Conversations
2020 has been chock full of new challenges that have brought out the best and worst in each of us. We've seen a novel virus, civil unrest, and economic breakdowns, all in a presidential election year. Oftentimes, continued physical separation due to public health standards have resulted in more virtual communications where people seem emboldened to speak in a way that would rarely occur in a face-to-face exchange. All of these things combined can make for some contentious conversations.
This month we are going to explore ways to navigate difficult conversations and take them from divisive to inclusive. Business and Leadership Coach Danielle Weksler will walk us through the ways we can maintain both respectability and authenticity within polarizing conversations.
