The COVID-19 Pandemic is the first pandemic many of us have lived through, so we will join to talk about and normalize personal reactions to the pandemic. We also discuss coping skills and how caring for yourself and others can help you deal with tough times.

How to Join: Register for the event in advance! You will then be given a Zoom link and passcode. Follow the link and enter the passcode at the time of the event to join. This works best from a desktop or laptop computer. You do NOT need a Zoom account to join. However, you may use your Zoom account if you have one or you can make one before the event at http://zoom.us.
