We are a boutique accounting firm located in downtown Boulder seeking a full-time, front desk administrative assistant to work, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  The administrative assistant will report to the managing partners.  The position will include general administrative and clerical duties as well as running light errands outside of the office.

  • Answer phones and route calls
  • Greet clients, prepare beverages upon request and situate them in conference rooms
  • Order supplies and groceries
  • Order meals for the staff
  • Maintain office cleanliness including conference rooms and kitchen
  • Conference room planning and coordination
  • Prepare certified mail and delivering them to the post office
  • Pick up mail from the company post office box daily
  • Send client invoices at management’s request
  • Process and record client payments
  • Deliver bank deposits
  • Scan and organize physical client tax documents
  • Coordinate the return of physical client tax documents
  • Clean up client databases and add structure to existing client files
  • Send eSignature forms to clients and file signed pages accordingly
  • eFile tax returns at management’s request
  • Create tax return PDFs, separate sections and add eSignatures (electronic deliverables)
  • Prepare physical copies client copies of tax returns (deliverables)
  • Assist with client setup and removal from multiple databases
