Lyrical Rise is a Women's Health company. As a Health Strategist, I work with women in Midlife specifically to educate them on their unique female physiology and changes during that time–and provide them with resources, tools and action steps to improve their mental and physical health. My goal is to help them lead healthier, happier, and more active lives as they age.
