In partnership with the Boulder Chamber, the Watson Institute is proud to invite banking and financial professionals to an upcoming Lunch and Learn event.

During this presentation, attendees will have access to a high impact professional development initiative designed to narrow gaps in soft skill growth experienced by new hires and recently promoted mid level managers.

The following curriculum highlights (below) add immeasurable value to both fellow and bank:

Individual Leadership Identity
Fellows are challenged to reimagine their value to the bank by answering two essential questions: 

  1. "What industry challenge am I uniquely designed to solve?"
  2. "What does it mean for the industry if I never do?"
