Join the Boulder Chamber and Escoffier Culinary School in exploring new adult apprenticeship pathways for your talent needs.

The Boulder Chamber is partnering with Escoffier Culinary and the Colorado Restaurant Association to create new talent pipelines in the culinary arts.

As a sponsor and intermediary for registered adult apprenticeships, the Boulder Chamber works with industry partners and institutes of higher education to develop programs that provide adults with wages, on-the-job learning, classroom instruction, mentorship, and industry-recognized credentials.

These career paths/positions are registered with the Department of Labor and align with industry standards, competencies, and overall culture.
