As efforts around equity and inclusion face new challenges, the 2025 Leading Change Conference offers a space for open conversation, learning, and collective action. This is more than an event—it’s a transformative, day-long experience that brings together industry experts and thought leaders to share personal stories, cutting-edge strategies, and practical tools for driving meaningful change.

Through engaging keynotes, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities, you’ll gain clear, actionable steps to strengthen workplace culture and advance DEI initiatives that positively impact talent sourcing, recruitment, and retention.

We are proud to partner with Colorado Inclusive Economy (CIE), whose mission is to support leaders through regular facilitation, an evolving resource toolkit, and peer support to help them build specific Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies that align with their overall organizational goals, to ensure this year’s conference reflects the most current insights and lived experiences. Together, we’ll explore how to stay the course, support one another, and hold strong to inclusive values—building more resilient organizations and stronger communities.
