Senate Bill 24-073 is bringing big legislative changes to small business health plans, and we want you to be ahead of the curve. Anthem is hosting a free event on Tuesday, June 3 from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Folsom Field with the Colorado Buffaloes to dive into these changes, and we hope you’ll join us. The bill is revising the size criteria for Small Group plans, restricting them to companies with 1 to 50 employees and reclassifying those with 51 to 100 as Large Group.
