Bolderminds is a Boulder-based leadership development and organizational consulting practice founded by Jared Taylor, an organizational psychologist with a decade of experience leading culture and employee engagement at Disney.

We partner with leadership teams, HR leaders, and growing organizations to develop the internal capacity needed to navigate complexity, lead through change, and build cultures where people actually do their best work. Our approach draws on adult development theory, emotional intelligence, adaptive leadership, and mindfulness-based practices — translated into practical experiences that create real and lasting change.
