Yet stigma and outdated norms continue to limit opportunity, with unemployment rates as high as 30 to 40 percent in the U.S.

That is why the Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce exists, to break down barriers, connect neurodivergent talent with opportunity, and help businesses build inclusive workplaces that drive productivity, innovation, and growth.
