Medicine Horse is a Boulder County nonprofit providing free and low-cost equine-facilitated mental health programs for veterans, youth, cancer survivors, individuals in recovery, and others facing life's challenges. Through the healing connection between licensed therapists, horses, and nature, we help people build resilience, reduce stress, strengthen relationships, and improve overall well-being. Since 2001, Medicine Horse has served thousands of community members while creating a welcoming space where healing, connection, and belonging can thrive.
