Organic Sandwich Company is an award-winning, locally-owned sandwich shop with two beautiful locations in Boulder and Louisville. Their roots began at the Boulder Farmers Market in 2014, and from there they made their way to a small shop on Pearl Street in Boulder and McCaslin in Louisville where they serve up house-made soups, salads, and sandwiches!
