After 18 years orchestrating events, I understand how stressful event planning can be, and how difficult it is to coordinate vendors, sponsors, speakers, technology and attendees, not to mention facilitation, transportation, and communication.

At PAE Boulder, we know that you want to create an incredible experience that your community won’t forget. In order to do that, you need focused time and dedicated resources.  The problem is there are a million logistics to manage, which can feel overwhelming and distract you from the positive impact your organization is here to make.  I believe that the work you are doing is important, and you should be investing your time doing what you are most passionate about.
