Event Description:
As we celebrate the Boulder Chamber's 120th anniversary, we're reflecting on how transportation has shaped our community and looking ahead to what comes next. From horse-drawn streetcars to electric vehicles, our modes of transportation have continuously evolved, redefining how we connect with each other and our city.
Join us for 120 Years in Motion: Connecting Boulder Through Time, a visionary event exploring the past, present, and future of transportation in Boulder. Featuring a keynote address from John Simmerman, Founder of Active Towns, we'll dive into the principles of people-centered mobility and imagine a future where transportation connects everyone, sustainably and equitably. You can share your own vision of our city’s transportation future, too, at activity stations throughout the event.
Following the keynote, stay for Business After Hours, a networking happy hour to engage with fellow community leaders, transportation advocates, and forward-thinkers. Together, we'll explore how we can continue to move Boulder into the future while honoring its rich transportation history.
COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS: By attending this event, all participants are expected to abide by these, BOULDER CHAMBER Community Agreements and Code of Conduct.
