The Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce and the Boulder Chamber invite you to join us for Neurodiversity 101, a practical, foundational training designed to help organizations better understand neurodiversity and build more inclusive workplaces.

An estimated 1 in 5 people are neurodivergent, bringing valuable strengths, perspectives, and ways of thinking to our workplaces and communities. As organizations continue to focus on attracting, retaining, and supporting diverse talent, understanding neurodiversity has become an essential part of creating inclusive and high-performing teams.

This interactive session explores the fundamentals of neurodiversity, common workplace barriers, inclusive communication strategies, and practical actions employers can take to support employee success. Participants will gain valuable insights into neurodivergent experiences and leave with tools they can apply immediately to foster greater awareness, inclusion, and belonging within their organizations.

Whether you are a business owner, HR professional, manager, supervisor, or team member, this training will provide actionable strategies to help create environments where employees can thrive and organizations can benefit from the strengths of diverse ways of thinking.
