We are thrilled that Governor Polis heeded the Boulder Chamber's call to hold a Special Session on Property Tax Relief. 

The Special Session will begin on August 26th, and the Boulder Chamber is gearing up to nimbly advocate for property tax relief, especially for businesses. 

Thanks to this exciting new development, our planned roundtable on August 22nd has become even more timely, and we are adjusting our course a bit to maximize our potential impact. State House Representative Judy Amabile will join us to guide us through a discussion of how we arrived at a Special Session, what we can anticipate given the limited scope of the session, and listen to our feedback on this topic.

Our guest debaters will also give us an overview of the underlying ballot measures (#50 and #108) that compelled this Special Session and share their goals for the new Session.

We look forward to seeing you on Thursday, August 22, from 1 to 2:30.
