| Function | Boulder Chamber Transportation Connections (BCTC) seeks a detail-oriented, highly organized, results-driven, and outgoing person to join our Transportation Demand Management (TDM) team. This TDM Program Specialist will support the expansion of BCTC’s business EcoPass management to the City of Boulder’s Central Area General Improvement District (CAGID/Downtown) and University Hill General Improvement District (UHGID). City of Boulder parking revenue subsidizes RTD EcoPasses (transit passes) for everyone who works in these special districts. Our team already manages neighborhood and business EcoPass access and activation for the Boulder Junction Access District (BJAD) and the Twenty Ninth Street Mall. We’re looking for someone who will enjoy managing the databases associated with the two additional districts, communicating with district businesses and employees, and supporting marketing and outreach campaigns to drive increased EcoPass activation and use among district employees. |

| Education | Required High School Diploma Preferred Bachelor’s degree Experience in database management, data entry, and customer service is preferred. Experience in marketing and program outreach preferred. |
| Experience | 1+ years of experience in transit/transportation, marketing and communications, event planning, direct marketing, or customer service. |
| Skills and Abilities | Transit and Transportation - Ability to understand and explain the RTD transit system, Boulder’s overall transportation networks, and commuter options. Project Management – Manage priorities, processes, timelines and task deliverables across a variety of overlapping projects. Customer Service – Maintain a high level of engagement, empathy, problem-solving and communication with internal and external constituents to ensure an excellent experience with the Boulder Chamber and promote a collaborative work environment. Organization and Multi-tasking - Be able to organize in a thorough and detail-oriented way to carry out various tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines. Technological Proficiency – Knowledge of and comfort with technology including databases, CRM platforms, website tools, and social media tools. Communication – Excellent written, phone and verbal communication abilities. Must be able to interact well with others and support Boulder Chamber’s priorities around diversity, inclusivity, and sustainability. |
| Working Conditions | This team member will be expected to maintain a hybrid schedule, with at least two days in person at the Boulder Chamber office. |
| Typical Physical Demands | Operate normal business office equipment. Must be able to travel efficiently to off-site meeting locations throughout the Boulder area. |
| Compensation | Between $22 - $25/hour depending on experience |
| Benefits | Part-Time Benefits are: 401k Matching of 4% |
