They will present key retail readiness insights and then participate in a panel discussion and Q&A. Mike Gabel will talk about Getting your Recipe ready to Scale: Anticipating problems before scaling Simplifying your recipe and process Jenna Hartter will talk about setting up Strategic Co-manufacturing Partnerships and effective Operations Cadences: How to set yourself up for success with your co-manufacturer How to build an internal cadence of strong Sales & Operations Planning Adam Happ will talk about Overcoming Supply Chain Challenges and Driving Retail Readiness: Minimizing the impact of unforeseen events and ensuring supply continuity Ensuring an agile supply chain solution that will flex as demand changes There will be a 30-minute mingling period starting at 4:30pm before the program begins at 5:00pm.
