Bike MS Colorado is excited to bring our start line launching to Boulder, CO as we celebrate our 40th annual event! 

Bike MS® is more than just a ride. When you participate in this ride you are cycling and fundraising to change the lives of those affected by MS — and with each mile we ride, we get closer to our ultimate goal: a CURE.

Ride Details:

Saturday, June 28- Sunday, June 29, 2025 

Day 1: 30, 75, and 100 mile routes starting in Boulder, CO with Team Village party, program, and overnight accommodations in Greeley, CO

Day 2: 30 & 75 mile routes with finish line in Boulder, CO including end of ride festivities and celebration

$400 fundraising minimum

Register as an individual or form a corporate or friends and family team. 

Cycling Training programs available.

Shuttles are available back to Boulder after Day 1 if not riding on Day 2. 

Come be apart of the longest running charity cycling event in the state of Colorado while making an impact for the almost 18,000 people in Colorado living with multiple sclerosis.
