Because we're an HR firm first, we don't isolate recruiting from the broader employee lifecycle. We begin by creating a strong understanding of company values, culture, mission, outcomes, structure, and leadership capacity. We assess compensation structures, how the role will be onboarded, how performance will be measured, and whether the leadership team is equipped to support success.
Then we hunt! We don't wait for applicants to appear. We proactively identify and pursue both active and passive candidates who are capable of thriving in growth environments. We engage professionals who may not be scrolling job boards, but who are open to a meaningful opportunity. We evaluate candidates not just for experience, but for judgment, motivation, and alignment with the company’s values; using structured interviews with uncommon questions, and validated assessments to understand how someone will operate under real pressure.
We also remain accountable beyond placement. Structured onboarding support, post-hire check-ins, and guarantees reflect our belief that a successful hire is not the end of the process; it's the beginning of the employment relationship. When we include 12-weeks of leadership training as part a search, it's because we know even the right hire can struggle without the right support.
