FORT COLLINS - Bryan Construction, Inc. announces the promotion of Ramse Nansel to Executive Manager for the Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming regions, positioning the firm for accelerated growth in key commercial construction markets. Nansel brings 20 years of construction management experience and significant operational knowledge, having advanced through the ranks at Bryan Construction.

In his new role, Nansel will lead, manage, and mentor our team in Northern Colorado, overseeing a growing portfolio across healthcare, multifamily, K-12, defense and aerospace, and federal markets.

Nansel joined BCI in 2013 and has held notable roles, including quality control and project management. He’s led major projects in commercial construction, including the award-winning Solid Ground apartments, which provide permanent supportive housing for the most vulnerable members of the community.

For our federal group, Nansel has led construction of the B-21 Washrack & Maintenance Hangar at Ellsworth Air Force Base, making significant contributions to the nation’s defense by supporting the B-21 Raider program. He oversees the construction of several facilities for the Texas Military Department, including the Laredo Readiness Center, the Field Maintenance Shop, and upgrades to the Camp Bowie Training Center.

The promotion comes as BCI expands its Northern Colorado footprint and pursues opportunities in the region's growing defense and aerospace, manufacturing, municipal, retail, and aviation market sectors.
