Flatirons Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Seeley as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. Brian brings extensive leadership experience across commercial banking, credit administration, treasury, and risk management.

Brian joins Flatirons Bank after more than 14 years with FirstBank, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President of Treasury. Earlier in his career, he held senior credit leadership roles overseeing underwriting, portfolio management and reporting, balance sheet strategy, and credit governance.

As Chief Credit Officer, Brian will serve as a key member of Flatirons Bank’s executive leadership team, providing strategic oversight of credit administration, underwriting, portfolio management, loan administration, and problem asset management. He will partner closely with the bank’s leadership and lending teams to support sustainable growth while maintaining strong asset quality, a strong credit culture, and regulatory compliance.

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in economics from the University of Oregon. He has also completed executive leadership and community bank investment programs through the Graduate School of Banking. His addition to the executive team strengthens Flatirons Bank’s commitment to responsible growth, disciplined risk management, and personalized banking that supports Colorado businesses and communities.
